Customer Service Advisor

Flavour Warehouse has been established since 2012 and has recently combined forces with a number of other vape companies, making Flavour Warehouse the largest independantly owned vape organisation in the UK. We manufacture at our site in Lancashire using state-of-the-art machinery. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our passionate service team to act as the face of Flavour Warehouse and it's associated brands, providing customers with responsive and excellent service and ensuring that the customer journey is smooth and efficient.

You will be the first point of contact for customers approaching Flavour Warehouse via telephone and it will be your responsibility to handle their queries.

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous telephone-based customer service experience and can competently use the Microsoft Office suite. You must be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for
    customers and represent the Flavour Warehouse Group in the best possible light
  • To
    be responsible for answering and dealing with calls to customer services
    regarding different brands under the Flavour Warehouse Group including Vampire
    Vape, Total Vapour, Premier Vaping, Operation Vape, Pure Earth, Dot Pro, Amazon
    (VV and Premier)
  • Carefully handle customer
    complaints, issues and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage orders which are on hold
    due to age verification, which includes reviewing orders with a view to
    cancelling and refunding and keep clear records of customer communications and
  • Process customer telephone
    orders, payments, refunds and returns
  • Keep an accurate record of
    customer interactions
  • Liaise with Flavour Warehouse
    departments to deliver customer feedback
  • Identify opportunities to
    enhance the customer experience
    and cross selling opportunities
  • Keep RMAs updated


  • Proven telephony customer
    service experience
  • Competent user of the Microsoft
    Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Office)
  • A clear and considerate
    communicator with a good grasp of the English language
  • Good prioritisation and
    organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a
    fast-paced environment
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
    and a flexible, can-do attitude
  • An interest in vaping or the
    vape industry would be preferred
