Sales Assistant

Total Vapour is part of Flavour Warehouse Ltd, one of the Europe’s leading e-liquid manufacturers and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our retail/sales teams. Flavour Warehouse is at the forefront of vaping in the UK, with core values of valuing honesty, integrity and putting our customers first. We have been changing the world of vaping since 2013, providing our customers with the highest quality and a diverse range of e-liquid and e-cigarette products.

Our goal is to offer customers honest, genuine advice on e-liquids and devices which provide our customer with all the help they need to either quit smoking or continue the smoke free journey they are on and also help our wholesale customers generate sales and a healthy profit margin through selling our products. All staff are expected to provide a very high level of customer service and to increase the store’s growth and revenue through sales and customer retention.

We are looking for a Sales assistant with a passion for
excellent customer service to help customers identify and purchase products
they desire. The main duties will include selling, demonstrating devices,
restocking and merchandising, admin and general housekeeping.

The role will be varied and will be working between our
Total Vapour office in Carrickfergus assisting the sales team with developing
and maintaining great customer relationships, general admin, taking calls and
processing orders. The right candidate will also be covering in our stores when
needed. Working between the 2 departments retail/sales will give the role
holder a wide range of product knowledge benefiting the customer and the

Key responsibilities 

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Take part in stock checks/stock rotation/replenishment
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of deliveries
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
  • Proactive in generating new customers and customer retention

Key skills and experience

  • Knowledge of the vaping industry
  • Ability to work in a team as well as own initiative
  • Proven working experience in retail 
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Flexibility with working hours to cover holidays and sickness
  • Driving license is essential as will be working in different
